To verify your gaming account, choose one of the verification methods available on the homepage:

  • complete verification using Smart-ID (a full Smart-ID version is required);

We support responsible gaming, which is why you can set various limits in your player profile. You can set:

  • a maximum bet amount for casino / live casino / sports;
  • a total betting amount per day;
  • a maximum deposit per day / week / month.

  • Please note that decreasing limits takes effect immediately. If you increase a limit, it must be confirmed in your player profile after 7 days.

    When setting limits, calendar days, weeks, and months are taken into account, as well as historical data. This means that if, for example, you set a monthly betting limit and have already reached it in the current month, the limit will restrict your participation until the end of that calendar month.
Please make sure that the login details you enter are correct. If you used a capital letter in your username or email address during registration, the same format must be used when logging in. Access to your account may be restricted for one of the following reasons:

  • your account has been temporarily frozen due to multiple incorrect password attempts;
  • you have registered yourself in a self-exclusion registry;
  • a required procedural action is being carried out, for example, if an account was created using clearly fictitious identification data.
You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from marketing messages, emails, mail, or phone calls in the Profile section by enabling or disabling the preferred communication methods. Please note that if you disable all communication channels, you may miss information about risk-free spins, cashback, and other bonuses.
