- complete verification using Smart-ID (a full Smart-ID version is required);
- complete remote identification by submitting a selfie together with your eID card (both sides) or passport;
- use the automated document verification system “iDenfy.”
Only one of these methods is required for verification.
The verification process may take some time. If all information is submitted correctly, your profile will be verified shortly.
- a maximum bet amount for casino / live casino / sports;
- a total betting amount per day;
- a maximum deposit per day / week / month.
Please note that decreasing limits takes effect immediately. If you increase a limit, it must be confirmed in your player profile after 7 days.
When setting limits, calendar days, weeks, and months are taken into account, as well as historical data. This means that if, for example, you set a monthly betting limit and have already reached it in the current month, the limit will restrict your participation until the end of that calendar month.
- your account has been temporarily frozen due to multiple incorrect password attempts;
- you have registered yourself in a self-exclusion registry;
- a required procedural action is being carried out, for example, if an account was created using clearly fictitious identification data.

- Remotely, by logging in via Latvija.lv and specifying the self-exclusion period in years (the minimum self-exclusion period is 1 year).
- In writing, in person, at any time, at all gambling venues operating within the territory of the Republic of Latvia.
