Responsible gambling
On this page you will find information on responsible gambling. You can also check yourself to make sure you're not at risk. You can also set limits on how much money you can spend or how many bets you can make in a day. Research shows that gambling addiction is significantly reduced if gamblers determine in advance how much they can afford to spend on gambling. We strongly recommend that each player sets such limits for themselves.
Set your own limits
You can set limits on your account by going to your profile, under the section Limits.
You can set two types of limits:
- Contribution limits – different contribution limits such as daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
- Bet limits - various betting limits such as maximum bets, loss limiting and number of bets.
The limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase or removal of the limit takes effect after 7 days.
Time for a break?
If nothing helps and you continue to oscillate between limits, consider taking a break - it might not be just a week or a month or three, but longer - to help you sort out your passion, emotions and inability to control yourself.

Keep yourself from gambling
If it becomes increasingly difficult to control oneself, placing a ban on the register of self-exclusion is the easiest way to completely abandon all forms of gambling.
The register of self-exclusion allows you to exclude yourself for a minimum period of 12 months, both in the interactive environment and at gambling venues, using one of the following options:
- in person or in writing to the Inspectorate for the Supervision of Lotteries and Gambling;
- online: https://registrs.iaui.gov.lv/ , pusing remote tools for personal identification.

Should you consider seeking help? Test yourself!
- Have you skipped work or school to play?
- Have you lost interest in your family, friends or other interests?
- Have you lied to your family, friends or other people about how often you play and how much you have spent?
- After a loss, do you feel like you have to try to make up for it as quickly as possible, or after a win, do you want to win even more?
- Has anyone ever reprimanded you for playing although you think it’s fine?
- Are you playing to escape a boring and unhappy life?
- Have you borrowed money or sold anything to play?
- Are you depressed, thinking bad thoughts, because of your playing?
- Do you play until you spend the last of your money, even if it's necessary for food?

Do you have children in the family?
Gambling is an adult-only pastime. If children have access to your computer, you can use special software to prevent minors from gambling.
We recommend using CyberPatrol or NetNanny. Also make sure your access data and means of payment are not freely available to others.
