2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, any changes to the Terms shall be subject to the prior approval and approval of the Lotteries and Gambling Supervision Inspectorate. Upon approval of the Terms or any changes thereto by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervision Inspectorate, the Terms are available to the Client here: https://spins.lv/lv/terms-and-conditions. It is the Client's responsibility to be aware of the current version of our Terms and to comply with them. By placing a Bet, the Client acknowledges that he/she has read and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

2.2. Upon execution and confirmation of the Bets, the relevant amount will be debited from the Client's account. To place a Bet, the Client completes a Bet Slip by making a Prediction on the Event or Events available in the Event List and specifies the Bet Amount. After placing a Bet, the Client will receive a confirmation of the status of the Bet. The Company reserves the right not to accept the Bet or to accept it only in part. A Bet is only considered valid when the Bet has its own ID number and can be viewed in "My Bets" under "Active". Accepted Bets cannot be cancelled by the Client. The winnings are credited to the Client's account after the Company calculates the result of the Event.

2.3. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her account and the information contained therein, as well as access to the account. The Company shall not be liable for any Bets made by third parties who have access to the Account Information, or any other losses resulting from the Client's negligent handling of the Account Information.

2.4. It will be the Client's responsibility to report any amount that has been erroneously credited to their account. Any winnings resulting from such errors shall be declared null and void, irrespective of the circumstances in which the error occurred.

2.5. The start time of the Event as indicated in the Event List is for information only. The official start time shall be the time announced by the organiser of the relevant Event.

2.6. An incorrect start of the Event specified in the List of Events cannot be a reason for canceling the Bet if the specific Event starts later than previously indicated in the List of Events. If the Event has started and / or ended later than indicated in the List of Events, then the result of the Event is valid. Bets accepted after the start of the Event that are not LIVE Bets will be voided and paid out at an Odds of 1.00.

2.7. In the event that an Event has not occurred, is cancelled, or postponed for any reason, then Bets placed on the Event will be cancelled and paid out at a Odds of 1.00 unless played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. The Company reserves the right to cancel Bets earlier than 48 hours after the start time of an Event that has not taken place if, on an Event-by-Event basis, it is objectively concluded that the Event will not be played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time.

2.8. If any MLB (or any other US baseball league), NHL, NBA or WNBA game is not started or is abandoned and not completed on the same calendar day (US time), all Bets that cannot be settled will be voided. If an NFL (or any other US American Football League) game is not started or is abandoned and not completed within the relevant game round (NFL game rounds run from Thursday to Wednesday), all Bets that cannot be settled will be voided.

2.9. In the list of Events, the first (from the left) indicates the Event participant who has been granted "Host Status" by the Event Organiser, and the second (from the left) indicates the participant who has been granted "Guest Status". If the Event Organizer makes changes in the assignment of the “Home status” in the period from the Client placing the Bet until the start of the Event, the Bets made on the Event shall remain valid. Only in the event that the Event venue is changed to the home ground of the previous visiting team will all Bets be cancelled. However, if the Event is moved to another location, all Bets remain valid. This rule only applies to Events where both parties have their own home ground.

2.10. The venue of the event is determined by the Event Organizer. For Events where the Event Organizer does not grant "Home Status" or does not in fact have "Home Status" when the Event is held at a neutral location, the placement of Event participants on the Event List is determined by the Company and is for information purposes only.

2.11. The maximum win per bet is EUR 50,000.

2.12. Winnings are paid out in accordance with the Gaming and Lotteries Law. Winnings are automatically credited to the Client's account. Winnings up to €720 are paid immediately after the end of the game session. Winnings from €720 to €14,300 are paid within 24 hours. Winnings in excess of EUR 14,300 shall be paid out in accordance with the procedures approved in the gaming rules, within a maximum of 30 days and in no more than two installments.

3. TYPES OF BETS

3.1. The Company offers the following types of Bets: "Simple Bet", "Combined Bet" and "System".

3.2. Simple Bet:

3.2.1. Simple Bet means a Bet in which the Client makes a Prediction on a single outcome.

3.2.2. A Simple Bet is allowed for any Event in the List of Events.

3.2.3. The winnings are calculated by multiplying the Bet Amount by the Odds corresponding to the outcome.

3.3. Combined Bet:

3.3.1. Combined Bet means a Bet in which the Client makes a Prediction on multiple outcomes simultaneously. If even one outcome is predicted to be lost, the Combined Bet is lost.

3.3.2. Multiple outcomes of the same Event may not be included unless otherwise specified in the Terms (e.g. using the Bet Builder feature).

3.3.3. The winnings are calculated by multiplying the Bet Amount by the Odds of the predicted outcomes under the Combined Bet.

3.3.4. The maximum number of Events in the Combined Bet is 30.

3.4. System Bet:

3.4.1. A System Bet is a Bet that consists of several Combined Bets.

3.4.2. A System Bet is won if at least one of the Combined Bets included in it is predicted correctly.

3.4.3. When making a System Bet, the Client has the opportunity to use an additional option - System Banker.

3.4.4. By selecting the additional option of the System Banker for one or more System Bet Events, the Client determines which Events must be correctly forecasted in each of the Combined Bets in the System Bet.

3.5. In determining the final win Odds for all types of Bets, the characteristics of some outcomes are taken into account. This includes situations where Bets are placed on a participant to win a competition where the number of winners is greater than one, or handicap Bets on a participant to win a competition where the value of the handicap is the same as the result of the competition. These additional rules may affect the final win Odds and winnings for each specific Bet Type.

4. LIVE BETS

4.1. Events that have a Live Bet option are available on the LIVE section of the Company Website. Live Betting is indicated as LIVE in the Customer's Bet History. Bets without this indication are placed before the match. Unless otherwise stated, the general rules of the Company Betting Terms and Conditions also apply to Live Bets.

4.2. The Live Bet is accepted from the moment the Event starts until the moment the Event ends and during the Event.

4.3. Placing a Live Bet:

4.3.1. To place a Live Bet, the Client must select the Event on which the Client wishes to place a Live Bet in the LIVE section of the Company's Website.

4.3.2. The types of Event outcomes offered by the Company are shown next to the Event with the corresponding Odds for which the Live Rate is available.

4.3.3. The Odds corresponding to the outcomes of an event are subject to constant change. The Odds will be continuously updated as each Event progresses.

4.3.4. Changes to the Odds are independent of the refresh/non-refresh of the Company's Website ("refresh" function).

4.3.5. The Client marks the prediction for a particular Event outcome on the Bet Slip by clicking on the corresponding Odds.

4.3.6. Due to the nature of a Live Bet, there is an interim period of at least 6 (six) seconds before a Live Bet is accepted, during which the Company will verify that there has been no change to the Odds. If the Odds have not changed during this intermediate period, the Live Bet is accepted.

4.3.7. If a Bet is placed on an Event or the outcome of an Event that has already concluded, or a Bet is placed on the outcome of an Event for which the established Odds are objectively inconsistent with the course of the Event, then the Company shall be entitled to cancel the Bet using the Odds of 1.00.

4.3.8. The up-to-date information (Event result, statistics, video coverage, etc.) available on the LIVE section of the Company's Website for all Events and Event outcomes that have a Live Bet option is purely informational, may be late or inaccurate and the Company accepts no responsibility for any Bet placed by the Client under its influence.

4.3.9. The Company reserves the right to suspend acceptance of a Live Bet on the relevant Event or any outcome of the Event at any time without explaining the reasons for doing so.

4.3.10. A Bet placed prior to the termination of Live Bet acceptance on the relevant Event or any outcome of the Event will remain valid.

4.4. The Company will not tolerate repeated and deliberate attempts to place late Bets, this will be considered fraud and the Company will take appropriate action to prevent this. The Company accepts no responsibility for typographical, transmission, evaluation or other errors. The Company reserves the right to re-evaluate obvious errors in the creation of Bets and/or in the evaluation of the result even after the Event - and to declare the Bets involved void.

4.5. It is possible for the Client to accept changes of the Odds for Live Bets, making it easier to do so, especially if a combined Bet is made on multiple Events. This means that potential changes to the Odds and the current Odds will be reflected in the Settings section of the Bet Slip.

4.5.1. To accept any changes to the Odds that occur while the Bet is being sent and confirmed, tick the "Accept any changes to the Odds" option. This can result in both higher and lower Odds. This choice will remain active for future choices until changes are made to accept other types of changes of the Odds.

4.5.2. If you only want to accept changes of the Odds where the new Odds for the selected outcome is higher than the one you originally selected, tick the "Accept higher Odds" option. This can result in both higher and lower Odds. This choice will remain active for future choices until changes are made to accept other types of changes of the Odds.

5. CANCELLATION OF BETS

In the event of cancellation of the Bet, the Bet is calculated and paid with the Odds of 1.00.

5.1. Using multiple accounts:

5.1.1. Where the Company identifies that a Client has multiple Client Accounts and/or is using multiple Accounts to increase Betting Limits, the Company shall have the right to cancel all Bets made by the Client and to refund any funds held in the Client Account and close the Client Account.

5.1.2. Clients who are related and/or living together are prohibited from placing Bets on the same Events, including using the outcomes of the same Event in different combinations, to circumvent the Terms and/or exceed the established Betting Limits.

5.1.3. The Company will not allow Bets where it suspects that several Clients are agreeing or acting in a coordinated group to place Bets. Bets made from multiple accounts with the same IP address or within the same family or household may be considered coordinated Bets even if the Bet limits are not reached. In the event of a coordinated Bet, the Company reserves the right to close Client Accounts and cancel all Bets (including any already calculated Bets). The Company reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a finding of coordinated Bets.

5.2. Use of a third party account:

5.2.1. If the Company discovers that the Client has registered using another person's details, the Company shall be entitled to cancel all Bets placed by the Client and to refund any funds held in the Client's account and close the Client's account.

5.2.2. The Client is prohibited from placing Bets on behalf of others. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Bet made in the interest of a third party.

5.3. Use of prohibited software:

5.3.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel any winnings won by the Client if there are reasonable grounds to suspect and law enforcement authorities have detected fraudulent activity on the part of the Client.

5.4. Different types of errors:

5.4.1. The Company reserves the right to refuse any Bet, including cancelling an already accepted Bet, if it does not comply with the Terms or if it is a typographical or technical error. In such cases, the Bet may be cancelled even after the final results have been confirmed.

5.4.2. Misuse or abuse of the software used by the Company is prohibited. A Client who discovers any error must notify the Company by email: [email protected]. In the event of the Client's abuse of the error, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Client's Account, cancel any Bets already made or already calculated and refund any funds in the Client's Account and close the Client's Account

5.4.3. The Company may, at its discretion, correct any obvious errors and provide a fair service to its clients as it sees fit. An obvious error may be inaccurate information about an Event that we publish on the Website, such as incorrect handicaps, incorrect team names or start times and other technical errors.

5.4.4. If the Bet Winnings are incorrect (e.g. incorrect results were entered by mistake), they must be recalculated. In the event that the calculation results in a negative balance on the Client's account, no further Bets may be placed until the Client's account has been sufficiently funded.

5.4.5. In the event that the Client makes multiple identical Bets (including single or combined Bets) where the total winnings exceed the winnings limit for a single Bet, the Company reserves the right to reduce or cancel the Bet to comply with the stated winnings limits.

5.5. Events and outcomes influence each other:

5.5.1. The Company does not accept Bets where two or more Events may affect each other. If such a Bet is accepted in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel it, even after the results have been registered. In such cases, all Bets, even if part of them are valid, may be cancelled and all cancelled Bets paid out at the Odds of 1.00.

5.5.2. Unless otherwise stated (e.g. via the Bet Builder feature), the Client cannot combine outcomes relating to the same sport Event if they affect each other.

5.6. The Client is involved as a participant in the game:

5.6.1. Bets on Events in which the Client is involved in any way (e.g. as an athlete, owner, coach, official of a playing club) are not allowed. In the event of a breach of this clause, the Company reserves the right not to pay any winnings and to cancel any Bets, but if the winnings have already been paid, the Client is requested to repay them immediately.

5.6.2. If the Client or the Client's related persons influence the outcome of the game directly or indirectly, this may be grounds for cancellation of the Bet.

5.7. Insider information

5.7.1. If information comes to the attention of the authority responsible for the Event that the result of the Event has been maliciously influenced or fraudulent results have been established, the Company shall have the right to cancel any Bets already made or already calculated and to refund any funds in the Client's Account and to close the Client's Account.

5.7.2. If, at the time of placing a Bet, any public or inside information or aspect of the Game available to the Client gives an advantage to the Client over the Company which breaches the principles of fair play, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Bet. If the Client has any information that may affect the outcome of the Event or any stage thereof, please notify the Company.

5.8. Non-standard game format:

5.8.1. If the format of the Event (e.g. length of match, number of players per team) differs from the standard sports format and the change is not indicated on the Website at the time the Bet is placed, the Company reserves the right to cancel Bets affected by the changed format.

6. UNFINISHED EVENTS

6.1. In the case that an Event has started but not finished (due to weather conditions, spectator disturbances, etc.) but the Event is completed and an official result is available within 48 hours, all Bets placed up to the time the Event is abandoned will stand.

6.2. If the Event is abandoned, any Bets that may be calculated from the already known results, e.g. the half-time score if the game is abandoned in the second half, will stand.

6.3. If an Event is interrupted and a decision is subsequently made to restart the Event from the beginning, all Bets that were placed prior to the start of the Event or for which the outcome has not yet been determined will be cancelled and paid at the Odds of 1.00 regardless of whether or when the Event is restarted.

6.4. If the Event is not completed and an official result is not available within 48 hours from the start of the Event, all Bets for which the result has not yet been determined will be cancelled and paid out at the Odds of 1.00. In cases where an Event is not completed and there is publicly available information that the Event will not be completed within 48 hours of the Event start time, all Bets for which the result is still pending will be cancelled.

6.5. If there are no separate Terms for calculating Bets in the event of an incomplete Event for a sport, the general Terms will apply to the Bet.

7. RESULTS

7.1. Only valid (actual) results published in the official minutes or other sources of information immediately after the end of the Event will be taken into account for the calculation of the Bets.

7.2. The Company relies on official resources and sources to determine its results. In exceptional cases, the Company reserves the right to use video replays to ascertain the correct result.

7.3. The Company only takes into account results obtained during the match. Disciplinary results after the end of a sport Event (e.g. disqualification of teams or discovery of use of prohibited substances) are not taken into account.

7.4. Dead Heat Rule - When placing Bets related to the ranking of Event participants (Event Winner, MVP, etc.), it is possible that multiple participants receive the same result and this can be considered a winning Bet. In such situations, where the selected participant achieves an identical result to the other participants, the following calculations will be used to determine the win: The Odds of the Bet will be divided by the number of participants who achieved the same result. This rule does not apply to Bets made on the statistical comparison type of Bets (H2H). In such cases, if all participants receive the same result and no tie is offered, the original Bet will be cancelled and paid out at the Odds of 1.00, unless the Dead Heat rule is specified as applying under the Types of Bet Outcome.

7.5. If the tournament regulations allow the winner of a two-legged match to be determined by the result in extra time (e.g. if the two legs of a tournament or cup match ended in a draw on aggregate), then all Bets on the second match will be calculated including extra time if the outcome of the Bet so requires (indicated in the outcome title).

7.6. Client claims relating to the results of an Event will be accepted and dealt with in accordance with these Terms. Complaints and questions submitted later will not be taken into account.

8. CASHOUT

8.1. Subject to the Terms, the Client may use the Cashout feature to withdraw a Bet before the Event has concluded and the Bet will be paid out immediately. Acceptance of a Cashout request is not a new Bet - it is an agreement to terminate an existing Bet earlier.

8.2. The Cashout feature is available at certain sports Events before and during the game and can be used via the Company Website. Please note that the Cashout feature is not available for all Events and in all cases.

8.3. To make a Cashout, the Client must choose to make a Cashout request, which cannot be withdrawn once confirmed. If the Client's request is rejected, we will offer a new Cashout price. If you do not accept it, the original Bet will be reviewed in the light of the original Bet conditions and odds.

8.4. If the Cashout request is approved, then:

8.4.1. the original Bet will be paid;

8.4.2. the Cashout price will be paid;

8.4.3. the original Bet will be deemed to have been calculated and we will not be required to provide any additional charges for it;

8.4.4. The Client will not be entitled to any additional costs related to this bet.

8.5. The Client is not eligible for any bonus or any other special offer in relation to Bets for which the Cashout has been successful, unless otherwise stated in the offer Terms.

8.6. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the original Bet for which the Cashout was made, to refuse a Cashout request for a Bet or to cancel any amount paid in respect of the original Bet (including the Cashout price) if:

8.6.1. there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bet or Cashout request has been made by a person or group of persons acting fraudulently or exploiting a bug in the software;

8.6.2. the initial Bet or Cashout request is made after the conclusion of the relevant Event;

8.6.3. The Company shall be entitled to cancel the original Bet or request a refund in accordance with the Terms.

8.7. The Cashout feature may be limited or withdrawn entirely at the Company's discretion and the Company shall not be liable for any loss that may arise in connection with its availability or limitation.

9. BET BUILDER

9.1. But Builder allows you to combine multiple selections from the same Event into one Bet. Bets placed using the Bet Builder feature will be treated as one Bet with one Odds.

9.2. The Bet Builder feature is only available for certain Events and the Company does not guarantee the availability of Bet Builder.

9.3. All selections in the Bet Builder must be fulfilled for the Bet to win. If at least one Bet Builder Bet selection is lost, the entire Bet will also be considered lost.

9.4. If a Bet Builder Bet includes an outcome type that will be cancelled at the calculation of the Bet, then the entire Bet will be cancelled and paid out at the Odds of 1.00.

9.5. The Company reserves the right to cancel any Bet Builder Bets where there has been a manifest error in the Odds or information provided.

9.6. These Terms shall apply to the calculation, cancellation or any dispute relating to Bets placed using the Bet Builder feature.

10. RULES FOR BETTING OUTCOMES

In the list of sports Betting Events, the Client will find various outcomes on which a Bet can be placed.

10.1. "Winner of the Game" - this Bet refers to the final outcome of the game, i.e. a win, draw or loss. The outcome and end point depends on the type of Event. We denote the outcomes as follows: 1 - victory of the first team, X - draw, 2 - victory of the second team. The following possible outcomes are possible: 1x2, Winner (incl. Extension), No Tie (in case of a tie, the Bet is cancelled), etc.

10.2. "Event Stage Winner" - this Bet refers to the outcome, i.e. a win, draw or loss in an Event Stage (half-time, quarter-time, period, etc.). The outcome and end point depends on the type of Event itself. We denote the outcomes as follows: 1 - victory of the first team, X - draw, 2 - victory of the second team. The following types of Period Winner are possible: 1x2, No Draw, etc.

10.3. "Double chance" - this Bet applies to two of the three possible outcomes. There are three types of Double chance outcome: 1X, X2, 12. A Double chance Bet can be placed on either the final result of an Event or on a phase of the Event (half-time, quarter-time, period, etc.).

10.3.1. 1X - You will have correctly predicted the Event if the first team wins when the Event ends or the Event ends in a tie.

10.3.2. X2 - You will have correctly predicted the Event if the other team wins when the Event ends or the Event ends in a tie.

10.3.3. 12 - You will have correctly predicted the Event if one of the teams wins when the Event ends.

10.4. "Over/Under" - The stake refers to the number of goals, points, games, sets, etc. scored by the participants compared to a set threshold. You can predict whether the final score for the proposed Event or any part of it (half-time, quarter-time, score without extra time, etc.) for both players together or individually will be Over or Under a certain threshold.

Over/Under with two values means that the Bet contains two Bets of the same size on two different border lines, with the same Odds applied to both Bets. This type of Over/Under is also called Asian Over/Under and is given in 0.25 intervals (instead of 0.5 for a normal Over/Under outcome). For example, in football, an Over bet on 2.5/3 or 2.75 goals means that half the bet is placed on Over 2.5 goals and the other half is placed on Over 3 goals. If 4 or more goals are scored, the bet is won in full (both Over 2.5 goals and Over 3 goals). If 3 goals are scored, one half of the Bet is won (Over 2.5 goals) and the other half of the Bet (Over 3 goals) is paid with the Odds of 1.00, while if 2 or less goals are scored, the entire Bet is lost (both Over 2.5 goals and Over 3 goals).

10.5.1. If two handicap selections are offered and the resulting handicap is a tie/even, the Bet will be paid at odds of 1.00. For example, if the handicap for Player A is -7 and for Player B it is +7, and the game ends with Team A winning by seven points, then the Handicap Bet will be paid at odds of 1.00.

10.5.2. If three handicap choices are offered (3-way handicap), in addition to the handicap win of the participants, a Handicap Tie may be Bet. For example, a 3-way handicap is offered where Player A has a -4 handicap to win the game, Player B has a +4 handicap and the third choice is a tie handicap (a difference of exactly 4 points). This means that a bet on Player A's handicap will be won if Player A wins by 5 points or more, and a bet on Player B's handicap will be won if Player B loses by 3 points or less (or wins the game). If the final result is a win for Team A by exactly 4 points, then the Bet placed on a draw handicap (4 points) will win.

10.5.3. A two-value Handicap means that a Bet contains two Bets of the same size on two different Handicaps, with the same Odds applied to both Bets. This type of handicap is also called the Asian handicap and is given in 0.25 intervals (instead of 0.5 for a normal handicap result). For example, a Bet on Player A's -2/-2.5 or -2.25 handicap means that half of the Bet is placed on the -2 handicap and the other half is placed on the -2.5 handicap. In a result where Player A wins by 3 or more points, the Bet is won in full (on both handicaps -2 and -2.5). In a result where Player A wins by exactly 2 points, one half of the Bet (on handicap -2) is paid at odds of 1.00 and the other half of the Bet (on handicap -2.5) is lost. In a result where Player A wins by 1 point, the result is a draw or Player A loses, the entire Bet is lost (on both handicaps -2 and -2.5).

10.6. "Half Time/Full Time" - this bet applies to both the first half and full time results. To win the Bet, you must accurately predict both the outcome after the first half (1 - first team wins, x - draw, 2 - second team wins) and the outcome at the end. The bet is only valid if the Event has ended.

10.7. "Exact Score" - The bet refers to the exact score of an Event or a phase of it (half-time, quarter- time, period, etc.). Predict the outcome from the options.

10.8. "Odd/Even" - A bet refers to the number of even or odd goals, points, games, etc. scored by both players together or separately at the end of an Event or any phase of it (half-time, quarter-time, period, etc.). The result 0 is calculated as an even number.

10.9. "Event Winner" - The bet is placed on the winner of an event (tournament, championship, division, etc.), ranking or stage (group event, qualifying round, etc.): team, player or other participants. Unless otherwise agreed, a bet placed on an Event Participant who does not start the Event will not be cancelled. Unless otherwise specified, in the event that a winner has not been shortlisted, all Bets will remain valid. If there is no final winner, the Odds will be multiplied by 1.00. Unless otherwise agreed and/or the Competition Rules allow multiple winners, in an Event with two or more winners, the Winner's Odds will be divided equally between all winners ("Dead Heat" rule). If an additional period of play (e.g. extra time) or any other method of determining the Winner (e.g. penalty kicks) is required to determine the Winner of the Competition or any leg thereof, this will be taken into account when calculating the Bets unless otherwise stated.

10.10. "First goals, points, etc." - The Bet applies to:

10.10.1.the player who will score the first goal, point, etc;

10.10.2.the team that scores the first goal, point, etc;

10.10.3.the moment or time interval when the first goals, points, etc. will be scored;

10.11. "Last goals, points, etc." - The Bet applies to:

10.11.1.the player who will score the last goal, point, etc;

10.11.2.the team that scores the last goal, point, etc;

10.11.3.the moment or time interval when the last goal, point, etc. will be scored.

10.12. Event Stage Outcomes - The Bet relates to a specific stage of an Event, such as half-time, a period, a set or another stage of the game. The outcome refers to any Bet made on a specific Event and is specified in the name of the Bet (half-time handicap, best quarter, exact number of goals at half-time, team to score at half-time, etc.).

10.13. Event Stats Bets - Bets refer to various Event Stats, such as Corner Kicks Over/Under, Goal Scorer, Player Points Scored, First Point Scorer, etc. Bets placed on the comparison of participants' statistics (H2H) will be cancelled if at least one of the participants does not participate in the Event and if both participants have the same statistics (same number of goals, rebounds, assists, etc.).

11. RULES FOR THE OUTCOME OF BETS ON DIFFERENT SPORTS

11.1. Soccer

11.1.1. Unless otherwise stated, soccer bets are accepted for normal time (2 halves of 45 minutes each) and the referee's injury time at the end of each half, excluding extra time and post- match 11 meter kicks.

11.1.2. In the event of extra time and the type of result indicates that it is taken into account in the calculation of the Bets, 11 metre penalty kicks after the match will not be taken into account in the calculation of the Bet, unless otherwise stated.

11.1.3. If the game is abandoned and is not completed, all Bets on the types of outcomes that have already been or may be calculated at the time the game was abandoned will stand.

11.1.4. Odd/Even - if the game or any phase of the game on which the bet is placed ends with a score of 0:0, the winning result is Even.

11.1.5. Unless otherwise stated, Bets relating to the 2nd half (2nd half winner, handicap, Over/Under, team scores, odd/even etc.) will be calculated based on the 2nd half score, excluding extra time.

11.1.6. Tournament Winner, Group Winner and other types of outcomes that relate to the final result of a team in a competition or stage thereof (e.g. Semi-Final Winner, Group Standings, etc.) - extra time and 11 metre kicks after the match will also count towards the calculation of the Bet if they were necessary to determine the outcome. Bets are calculated after the last match of the round.

11.1.7. All Bets will be calculated as forfeited if a team fails to qualify for the tournament specified in the Bet, is disqualified or refuses to participate in the tournament.

11.1.8. Goalscorer and other types of outcomes relating to a player's goal scoring throughout the game - Bets on a player not participating in the game will be voided.

11.1.9. First goal scorer - Bets on a player coming on as a substitute after the first goal or not appearing in the game will be void.

11.1.10. Last Goalscorer - Bets on a player who was on the field but was substituted before the last goal will not be cancelled.

11.1.11. If a game where at least one goal has been scored is abandoned and is not completed, the First Goalscorer bets will not be cancelled, the Last Goalscorer bets will be cancelled and the Goalscorer bets will be calculated as won by the player who scored the goal, all other Goalscorer bets will be cancelled.

11.1.12. Unless otherwise stated, in all types of outcomes where individual players can be predicted to score goals, goals scored by a player shooting the ball into his own goal (marked in the match report as scoring a goal by shooting into his own goal) will not be taken into account. A shot on goal taken when a player hits his own goal does not count towards the individual player Bets for shots taken in the game (shots on goal, etc.).

11.1.13. Unless otherwise specified, Bets placed on outcome types that relate to individual player statistics (Shots on goal, Assists, Cards earned, etc.) will be calculated taking into account the overtime. The exception to this rule is Bets placed on outcomes relating to individual player statistics related to goals scored (Goalscorer, First Goalscorer, etc.), which will be calculated without taking into account overtime.

11.1.14. Most goals in a tournament and other types of results that relate to a player's stats throughout the tournament - if the player on whom the bet is placed has not played in at least one game (tournament, championship), then the Bet on that player will be cancelled. Bets placed on player statistics comparison (H2H) will be cancelled if the players have the same statistics (Same number of goals scored, etc.).

11.1.15. Quick Outcomes/ Interval Outcomes - Bets are placed on whether a certain type of outcome (goals scored, corner kicks, cards earned, etc.) will occur within the time interval offered (1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.). The end of the interval is the last second of the last minute of the interval. For example, the interval 1-5 minutes means the time from the start of the game, or 00:00 to 04:59. The exception is the selected interval ending at the 45th or 90th minute, when the compensation time awarded by the referee will also be taken into account.

11.1.16. Yellow and red cards:

11.1.16.1. Only yellow and red cards received by players on the pitch are taken into account during the match. Cards received by substitute players, coaches and team staff are not taken into account for the calculation of Bets. All cards, ejections and any other events after the final whistle will not be taken into account for the calculation of Stakes. All cards shown and penalties between halves are added to the 2nd half statistics/results.

11.1.16.2. A yellow card counts as 1 card, a red card counts as 2 cards. The maximum number of cards per player is 3. For example, a second yellow card for a player who also receives a red card means a total of 3 cards (1 yellow and 1 red).

11.1.17. The card score is calculated as follows:

11.1.17.1. A first yellow card counts as 10 card points, a second yellow card leading to a red card counts as 25 card points, an outright red card is 25 card points. A player cannot receive more than 35 card points in a match.

11.1.18. The Company will, at its sole discretion, offer the Client to place a Bet on different individual outcomes of the Event for each individual game as set out in Clause 10 "Betting Outcome Rules" of these Terms.

11.2. Tennis

11.2.1. If a tennis match is abandoned, bets on that match will stand until the final result of the match is announced by the match organizer. Abandoned tennis matches are not subject to the Bet cancellation rule after 2 days (48 hours) from the start of the match if the match has not finished.

11.2.2. Unless otherwise stated, bets placed on Handicap and Over/Under are calculated on the basis of the number of games. For example, if the match ends 2:1 (6:4, 4:6, 7:6), then Handicap bets will be calculated from 17:16 and Over/Under bets will be calculated from 33 total games.

11.2.3. If a player does not continue or is disqualified for any reason, all Bets on outcomes already determined at the time of the player's non-continuation will stand. Bets that can be mathematically calculated from the result recorded at the time of the player's non- continuation will be calculated and paid. Other Bets that cannot be mathematically calculated will be cancelled if the match organizer announces that the match will not be completed. For example, a participant withdraws from the 1st set at 3:3 due to injury. This means that the minimum number of games mathematically possible in set 1 is 9 (6:3 or 3:6), so the Over/Under Bets for the boundary lines 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 in set 1 will be calculated with the winning outcome being Over. On the other hand, bets on the remaining Over/Low lines will be cancelled and paid with the Odds of 1.00.

11.2.4. Tie Break - When a match is played in the last set to determine the winner, it will count as 1 game.

11.2.5. Super Tie Break - In case the 3rd set is played as a super tiebreak, the entire 3rd set counts as one game for the winner of the match. For example, if the match ends 2:1 (6:2, 4:6, 11:9), the total number of games will be 19 (11 (6+4+1) vs. 8 (2+6+0)).

11.2.6. The Company will, at its sole discretion, offer the Client to place a Bet on different individual outcomes of the Event for each individual game as set out in Clause 10 "Betting Outcome Rules" of these Terms.

11.3. Basketball

11.3.1. Bets relating to the final result of a basketball match (Match Winner, Handicap, Over/Under, Team Points Scored, Odd/Even, Player Stats, etc.) will be calculated on the final result of the match, including extra time, unless otherwise stated. Bets placed on the winner of a Game with a chance of a draw are on the result of regulation time only, excluding extra time.

11.3.2. If the game is abandoned and is not completed, all Bets on the types of outcomes that have already been or may be calculated at the time the game was abandoned will stand.

11.3.3. Unless otherwise stated, Bets relating to the last quarter and 2nd half (2nd Half Winner, Handicap, Over/Under, Odd/Even, etc.) will be calculated by taking the last quarter or 2nd half score together with the extra time score.

11.3.4. If, in accordance with the tournament rules, the match ends in a draw without extra time having been played, all Bets on the winner of the Match without the possibility of a draw will be cancelled and returned at the Odds of 1.00. All other outcomes (Handicap, Over/Under, etc.) will be calculated based on the actual result of the match.

11.3.5. Bets placed on outcome types relating to individual player statistics (Points Scored, Rebounds, Assists, etc.) as well as Bets relating to the comparison of player statistics (H2H) will be voided if the player on whom the Bet was placed did not participate in the match.

11.3.6. Bets placed on a player's stats throughout the tournament (Most Valuable Player, etc.) will be cancelled if the player on whom the Bet is placed has not played in at least one game (tournament, championship). Bets placed on player statistics comparison (H2H) will be cancelled if the players have the same statistics (same number of points, assists, rebounds, etc.).

11.3.7. Tournament MVP - if the player on whom the bet is placed does not appear in any post- tournament reports throughout the tournament, the Bet on that player will be cancelled.

11.4.1. Unless otherwise stated, hockey Bets are calculated based on the regulation time of the game, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts

11.4.2. If the winner of the match is decided in a penalty shootout, then 1 (one) goal will be awarded to the winner in the penalty shootout. This rule applies only to types of results that specify that penalty shots are taken into account.

11.4.3. If the game is abandoned and is not completed, all Bets on the types of outcomes that have already been or may be calculated at the time the game was abandoned will stand.

11.4.4. Odd/Even - if the game or any phase of the game on which the bet is placed ends with a score of 0:0, the winning result is Even.

11.4.5. Unless otherwise stated, Bets relating to the 3rd period of a game will be calculated based on the result of the 3rd period, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts.

11.4.6. Bets placed on outcome types relating to individual player statistics (Goals Scored, Assists, etc.) as well as Bets relating to the comparison of player statistics (H2H) will be cancelled if the player on whom the Bet was placed did not participate in the match.

11.4.7. In all types of outcomes where individual goals can be predicted, goals scored by a player when the puck is sent into his own net will not be counted (the opposing player will be credited with the goal). A shot on goal taken when a player hits his own goal does not count towards the individual player bets relating to shots taken in the game (shots on goal, etc.). Bets will be calculated based on the statistics published by the match organiser.

11.4.8. The Company will, at its sole discretion, offer the Client to place a Bet on different individual outcomes of the Event for each individual game as set out in Clause 10 "Betting Outcome Rules" of these Terms.

11.5. American football

11.5.1. If the game is abandoned and is not completed, all Bets on the types of outcomes that have already been or may be calculated at the time the game was abandoned will stand.

11.5.2. Odd/Even - if the game or any phase of the game on which the bet is placed ends with a score of 0:0, the winning result is Even.

11.5.3. Unless otherwise stated, Bets relating to the last quarter and 2nd half (2nd half winner, handicap, over/under, team scores, odd/even etc.) will be calculated on the last quarter or 2nd half score, excluding extra time.

11.5.4. Bets placed on outcome types that relate to players' individual statistics (Player to make a touchdown, etc.), as well as Bets that relate to the comparison of players' statistics (H2H) will be cancelled if the player on whom the Bet was placed did not participate in the game.

11.6.2. Bets placed on the type of outcome the Winner of the game will be calculated if the game is declared by the organizer to be over and at least 5 innings have been played (or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading or trailing at that point), regardless of the original number of innings of regulation time (e.g. 9 or 7 innings). In all other cases, Bets on the Winner will be cancelled. The exception is if the Mercy Rule is played, all Bets stand on the result at that time.

11.6.3. Bets placed on all other outcome types (Over/Under, Handicap, etc.) will be settled if the game is declared closed by the organizer and at least 9 innings have been played (or 8.5 innings if the home team or the team trailing in the innings is leading at the time). In other cases, Bets not yet calculated will be cancelled. The exception is if the Mercy Rule is played, all Bets stand on the result at that time.

11.6.4. An exception is also made if the organizer announces before the game that 7 innings will be played in regulation time. In this case, Bets placed on all outcomes other than the Winner of the game will be settled if the game is declared abandoned by the organizer and at least 7 innings have been played (or 6.5 innings if the home team or the team trailing in the innings is leading at the time). In other cases, Bets not yet calculated will be cancelled.

11.6.5. If a specific Pitcher or Pitcher Line (PL) is specified in the Bet under the outcome type (Game Winner, Over/Under, Handicap, etc.), then that pitcher must start the game for the Bet to stand and be calculated. If a team starts the game with a different pitcher than indicated in the Bet outcome, it will be abandoned. If the Bet does not specify a specific pitcher or (PL), it will be calculated regardless of which pitcher starts the game for both teams.

11.6.6. Bets placed on outcome types relating to individual player statistics, as well as bets relating to the comparison of player statistics (H2H) will be voided if the specified pitcher or hitter is not in the starting line-up.

11.7.4. For bets relating to a 7 metre penalty shootout, the rule applies that a goal must be scored on the first attempt for the Bet to be calculated as a 7 metre penalty shootout taken. If the first attempt rebounds against the goalkeeper or goalposts and the player scores on the second attempt after the ball has come back into play, the 7-metre penalty shot will be considered a miss.

11.16.2. In the event of a shortened tournament format due to unsuitable weather conditions or other reasons, Bets on Tournament Winner, Group Winner etc. will be settled after a minimum of 36 holes have been played. If less than 36 holes have been played, Bets will be cancelled.

11.16.3. The order of places in the final standings published immediately after the tournament is used to calculate the Bets. Disqualifications issued later (after the end of the tournament) or other changes affecting the standings in the final standings are not taken into account.

11.16.4. If a player has made at least one hit during the tournament, Bets placed on him will not be cancelled if he does not complete the tournament.

11.16.5. In H2H betting, if one player does not qualify ("misses the cut") and the other player continues in the tournament, the player who continues is the winner of the Bet. If both players do not qualify ("miss the cut"), the player with the best (lowest) score will be deemed the winner of the Bet. If one player withdraws or is disqualified during round 3 or 4 and the other player does not qualify ("misses the cut"), the player who has withdrawn or been disqualified will be declared the winner of the Bet.
